We have female and male lifters of varying levels of strength and Experience.

We don’t care how strong you are, you could be an absolute beginner, but if you have the desire to want to get better every single day then this is the place for you. The training comes first here, you will be walking into an environment where people come to achieve something well above the average gym goer, there are no distractions. People will push you to reach higher and further, people will get behind you when you need the encouragement to get that extra rep.

The sessions here are conducted in small private groups to ensure our standard of quality is maintained.

Powerlifting, often confused with Olympic weightlifting, is an individualised sport in which individuals attempt to lift as much weight as possible for one repetition in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Our sessions are intense and exciting, representing the ultimate test of physical and physiological strength.
